All packages or hotel booking are extendable on pro-rata basis as quoted at the time of reservation only or subject to availability.

No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.

If you modify or amend your booking, amendment charges would be applicable as per company policy @ 20% of overall cost.

The management reserves the right to alter or withdraw in part or cancel the facilities provided under the package without prior notice.

The management will not be responsible for bad weather condition/landslide.

The management will not be responsible for any flight, train or bus delay due to any reason.

The management will not be responsible for any miss happening / accident / break down of transport/ any loss or injury due to act of God or reasons beyond control of management.

The management will not be responsible for any permit/inner line permit, wherever it required.

All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts, tribunals, forums only.
