Cancellation Policy

WHITE HEAVEN HOLIDAYS INDIA – A unit of White Heaven Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd is committed to ensuring that your relationship with us is protected. In case you are unable to proceed with your holiday and would like a refund, our policy is simple:

1.) Less than 90 days but more than 15 days of tour start date: 30% of the total package price.

2.) Less than 15 days but more than 07 days of tour start date: 50% of the total package price.

3.) Less than 07 days or no show: No refund.

4.) No refund/cancellation during the period between 20^th December up to 05^th January every year due to Christmas and New Year.

Only written cancellation will be acceptable on all working days, except Sunday, any cancellation request sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day as on Monday.
