Srinagar is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir, situated at an altitude of 1,585 Meters or 5,200 ft above from the see level. It lies on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is famous for its gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dried fruits. There are a number of lakes and swamps in and around the city. Gulmarg is a town and another beautiful hill station in Jammu & Kashmir. It is a popular skiing destination and a notified area committee in Baramula district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Gulmarg lies in a cup shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, situated at an altitude of 2,650 Meters (8,694 ft). Gulmarg is the "heartland of winter sports in India" and was rated as Asia's seventh best ski destination.

Pahalgam is a town and a notified area committee in Anantnag district of the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. It is a popular tourist destination and hill station. Pahalgam is located on the banks of Lidder River at an altitude of 7,200 feet (2,200 Meters) above from see level. Pahalgam is the headquarters of one of the five Tehsils of Anantnag district. Pahalgam is associated with the annual Amarnath Yatra.

Sonmarg is very popular tourist spot in Kashmir and is famous for its natural beauty, alpine flowers, evergreen pine trees and silver birch. Here enjoy the lovely view of the nature which is simply mesmerizing and beyond words to describe.

Day 01: Delhi – Srinagar Arrival

Take a flight from Delhi to Srinagar. Arrive at Srinagar, pick up from Srinagar Airport and transfer to your pre booked hotel in the heart of Srinagar city by 35 minutes drive. On arrival Srinagar, check in to house boats. After refresh, proceed for an hour of Shikara ride in the Dal Lake. Later return back and overnight stay at Srinagar houseboats/hotel.

Day 02: Srinagar Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for Srinagar local sightseeing tour explore several prominent tourist attraction of Srinagar city and visit to Mughal Gardens – Mughal Gardens are a group of gardens built by the Mughals in the Persian style of architecture. This style was heavily influenced by the Persian Gardens particularly the Charbagh structure. Chashma Shahi – Also called Chashme Shahi, is one of the Mughal gardens built in 1632 around a spring by Ali Mardan Khan, a governor of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. This beauty full garden presents Mughal architecture as used in different Mughal gardens. The artistically build garden has Iranian influence in its art and architecture and the design is based on the Persian gardens. Shalimar Bagh – Is a Mughal garden in Srinagar, linked through a channel to the northeast of Dal Lake, on its right bank located on the outskirts of Srinagar city. Nishat Garden/Bagh – Nishat Bagh is a terraced Mughal garden built on the eastern side of the Dal Lake, close to Srinagar in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is the second largest Mughal garden in the Kashmir Valley. The largest in size is the Shalimar Bagh, which is also located on the bank of the Dal Lake. Later enjoy Shikara ride on the Dal Lake and overnight stay at Srinagar houseboats/hotel.

Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg (59 Km) Travel time 2/3 hours (Approx)

After breakfast check out from Srinagar hotel boats and drive to Gulmarg via Tangmarg town, scenic drive of 14 Km towards Gulmarg. Afternoon arrive at Gulmarg, check in to hotel. Gulmarg is a town and another beautiful hill station in Jammu & Kashmir. It is a popular skiing destination. On arrival at Gulmarg, check in to hotel. After refresh free for independent activities or explore local market of Gulmarg town and overnight stay at Gulmarg hotel.

Day 04: Gulmarg Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, proceed for short tour of Gondola Cable Car ride (A short ropeway ride). Later enjoy some horse riding and evening free for independent activities and overnight stay at Gulmarg hotel.

Day 05: Gulmarg – Pahalgam (150 Km) Travel time 4 hours (Approx)

After breakfast check out from Gulmarg hotel and drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. On arrival at Pahalgam, check in to hotel.  After refresh day at leisure or explore local market of Pahalgam and overnight stay at Pahalgam hotel.

Day 06: Pahalgam Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast,  proceed for sightseeing tour of Pahalgam and visit to Aru, Betaab Valley – Betaab Valley is a valley located at 15 Km from Pahalgam. The valley got its name from a Bollywood movie Betab that was shot here. Chandanwar - Is located 16 Km from Pahalgam is the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra that takes place every year in the months of July & August. It lies at an elevation of 2,923 Meters and famous for its snow bridge. Also take a trip of horse ride to Baisaran meadows (at your own cost).  Also visit to Aru. Later return back to Pahalgam and overnight stay at Pahalgam hotel. (This sightseeing will be by your own)

Day 07: Pahalgam – Srinagar (95 Km) Travel time 3 hours (Approx)

After breakfast check out from Pahalgam hotel and drive to Srinagar, on arrive at Srinagar, transfer to hotel/houseboat. After refresh and lunch free for your own activities or explore local market of Srinagar city and visit to local Handicraft Emporium and get an insight of Kashmir’s arts, Crafts, Carpet making traditions and traditional Jewelleries and overnight stay at Srinagar houseboats/hotel.

Day 08: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar (85 Km) Travel time 3 hours (Approx)

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Sonmarg and drive to Sonmarg. Sonmarg – Is very popular tourist spot in Kashmir and is famous for its natural beauty, alpine flowers, evergreen pine trees and silver birch. Here enjoy the lovely view of the nature which is simply mesmerizing and beyond words to describe. En route visiting Kheer Bhawani – Is a temple dedicated to the Goddess Kheer Bhawani (Originally just Bhawani) constructed over a sacred spring. The worship of Kheer Bhawani is universal among the Hindus of Kashmir.   On arrival at Sonmarg, take a 3 hours trek to Thajwass Glacier by walking or by horseback (At your own cost). Later drive back to Srinagar, dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar hotel/houseboat. 

Day 09: Srinagar own activities / Shopping / Srinagar Local Sightseeing (Optional)

After breakfast free for your own activities or explore local market of Srinagar city and overnight stay at Srinagar hotel/houseboat. (Optional – Visit to Pari Mahal – The Pari Mahal was built by Mughal Prince Dara Shikoh in the mid-1600s. It served as a library and an abode for him. Pari Mahal or The Angels' Abode is a seven terraces garden located at the top of Zabarwan mountain range over-looking city of Srinagar and south-west of Dal Lake. Shankaracharya Temple – The Shankaracharya Temple which lies on a hill top in the middle of the city and it is dedicated to Lord Shiva, besides the Kheer Bhawani Temple are important Hindu temples in the city. Tulip Garden – Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip garden, previously Model Floriculture Center, is a Tulip garden in Srinagar. It is the largest tulip garden in Asia spread over an area of about 12 hectares. It is situated on the foothills of Zabarwan Range with an overview of Dal Lake.

Day 10: Srinagar – Delhi Departure Airport

After breakfast check out from Srinagar hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport to board the flight for further journey back to home or onward destination.
