ABOUT DESTINATIONS

Delhi is India’s capital territory, is a massive metropolitan area in the country’s north. In Old Delhi, a neighborhood dating to the 1600s stands the imposing Mughal-era Red Fort, a symbol of India and the sprawling Jama Masjid mosque, whose courtyard accommodates 25,000 people. Nearby is Chandni Chowk, a vibrant bazaar filled with food carts, sweets shops and spice stalls.

Srinagar is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir, situated at an altitude of 1,585 Meters or 5,200 ft above from the see level. It lies on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is famous for its gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dried fruits. There are a number of lakes and swamps in and around the city. These include the Dal, the Nigeen, the Anchar, Khushal Sar, Gil Sar and Hokersar.

Gulmarg is a town and another beautiful hill station in Jammu & Kashmir. It is a popular skiing destination and a notified area committee in Baramula district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Gulmarg lies in a cup shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, situated at an altitude of 2,650 Meters (8,694 ft). Gulmarg is the "heartland of winter sports in India" and was rated as Asia's seventh best ski destination.

Pahalgam is a town and a notified area committee in Anantnag district of the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. It is a popular tourist destination and hill station. Pahalgam is located on the banks of Lidder River at an altitude of 7,200 feet (2,200 Meters) above from see level. Pahalgam is the headquarters of one of the five Tehsils of Anantnag district. Pahalgam is associated with the annual Amarnath Yatra.

DELHI WITH KASHMIR

Day 01: Arrival at Delhi

Arrival at Delhi, welcome to New Delhi in the capital city of India. Meet to our representative, who will pick you from Delhi Airport and will transfer to your pre booked hotel, after check in process, check in to your room. After refresh free for independent activities or explore the famous shopping place of Delhi city at Connaught Place. Later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Delhi hotel.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing Tour – 1 (New Delhi & Old Delhi Tour)

After breakfast full day sightseeing tour of Delhi city – Delhi tourist attractions show a majestic fusion of Mughal and British colonial architecture and visit to Parliament House – The Sansad Bhawan (Parliament Building) is the house of the Parliament of India, located in New Delhi. President House (Rastrapati Bhawan) – Residence of Indian president. India Gate (War Memorial) – India Gate is one of the largest war memorials in India. The monument was designed by Edwin Lutyens, the chief architect of New Delhi. Jama Masjid – Jama Masjid or Masjid-I-Jahan-Numa means a world reflecting mosque. This historical place is located in the central heart of old Delhi. Red Fort – The Red Fort was the residence of the Mughal emperor for nearly 200 years, until 1857. It is located in the centre of Delhi and houses a number of museums. Chandni Chowk – Chandni Chowk is one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi, India. Chandni Chowk is located close to Old Delhi Railway Station and a major shopping area of Delhi city. Raj Ghat – Raj Ghat is the place where Mahatma Gandhi, revered as the Father of Nation was cremated. This memorial to Mahatma Gandhi is located between the main Ring Road and the banks of Yamuna River. Later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Delhi hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Srinagar (Travel by Flight)

After breakfast check out from Delhi hotel and transfer to Delhi Airport to board the flight for Srinagar. On your arrival at Srinagar, pick up from Srinagar International Airport and transfer to the heart of Srinagar city and check in to hotel. Srinagar is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is famous for its gardens, water fronts and House Boats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dried fruits. Evening free for your own activities or visit local market of Srinagar city and overnight at stay at hotel/house boat.

Day 04: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Srinagar and visiting Nishat Bagh – Nishat Bagh is a terraced Mughal garden built on the eastern side of the Dal Lake, close to Srinagar in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is the second largest Mughal garden in the Kashmir Valley. Mughal Gardens – With terraced lawns, cascading fountains, bright flower beds, and panoramic views of the vast Dal Lake, the three Mughal Gardens of Chesmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar were constructed back in the day for the pleasure of the Mughal Emperors. Hazratbal Shrine – The Hazratbal Shrine, is a Muslim shrine in Hazratbal, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. It contains a relic, the Moi-e-Muqqadas, believed by many Muslims of Kashmir to be a hair of Muhammad. Shalimar Bagh – Shalimar Bagh is a Mughal garden in Srinagar, linked through a channel to the northeast of Dal Lake, on its right bank located on the outskirts of Srinagar city in Jammu and Kashmir. Shankaracharya Temple – The Shankaracharya Temple, also known as the Jyesteshwara temple or Pas-Pahar by Buddhists. Shankaracharya Temple. It is situated on the top of the Shankaracharya hill, also called Gopadari Hill in the Zabarwan Mountain in Srinagar, Kashmir. After the glorious tour, in the evening enjoy the Shiraka ride on Dal Lake and enjoy the lovely view of the nature as well as the mesmerizing sunset view. Later free for independent activities or explore local market of Srinagar and overnight stay at Srinagar hotel.  

Day 05: Srinagar – Gulmarg (60 Km) Travel time 2 hours (Approx)
After breakfast at Srinagar hotels, check out from Srinagar hotel and drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg – Gulmarg is a scenic and beauty tourist spot in Kashmir, popular for its natural beauty as well as it the place that has the world’s highest natural 18 holes golf courses and the ski slopes considered to be the best in the world. On arrival at Gulmarg visit to Alpather Lake the alpine lake that is frozen even during the mid June, Gulmarg Gold Golf, Maharani Temple, St Marys Church, Skiing, Gondola Cable Car to Kongdor and Khilanmarg. In the evening check in to hotel and overnight stay at Gulmarg hotel.

Day 06: Srinagar – Pahalgam (150 Km) Travel time 4/5 hours (Approx)
After breakfast check out from Gulmarg hotel and drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara. Lovingly called a Valley of Shepherds, Pahalgam is famous for its heart stirring natural beauty, wooded trekking trails and is also the central point for Amarnath Yatra. On arrive at Pahalgam, check in to hotel and evening free for your own activities and overnight stay at Pahalgam hotel.

Day 07: Pahalgam Local sightseeing – Srinagar (90 Km) Travel time 3 hours (Approx)

After breakfasts check out from Pahalgam hotel and proceed for Pahalgam sightseeing tour and visit to Betaab Valley – Betaab valley is situated at a distance of 15 Km from Pahalgam in Anantnag district of northern state of Jammu and Kashmir. The valley got its name from the Sunny Deol & Amrita Singh hit debut film “Betaab” that was shot here. Chandanwari – Chandanwari situated 16 Km from Pahalgam, Chandanwari is the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, which takes place every year in the month of Sawan (Rain). It is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge. As well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows. After the sightseeing tour around the mountain valley of Pahalgam drive back to Srinagar, on arrival check in to hotel and overnight stay at hotel Srinagar.

Day 08: Srinagar – Departure Airport (Travel by Flight)

After breakfast check out from Srinagar hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport to board the flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, pick up from Delhi Airport and transfer to hotel. After refresh, free for your own activities or visit famous shopping place of Delhi city at Connaught Place by your own. Later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Delhi hotel. 

Day 09: Delhi Sightseeing Tour – 2 (New Delhi Tour) + Shopping

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Delhi city and visiting Laxminarayan Temple – also known as the Birla Mandir is a Hindu Temple up to large extent dedicated to Laxminarayan in Delhi, India. Laxminarayan usually refers to Vishnu, Preserver in the Trimurti also known as Narayan, when he is with his consort Lakshmi. The temple, inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi, was built by B. R. Birla from 1933 and 1939. The side temples are dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Krishna and Lord Buddha. Humayun’s Tomb – Humayun's tomb is the tomb of great Mughal Emperor Humayun. Lotus Temple (Bahai) – It is known for its beautiful flower like architecture and marvelous ambiance that make it a popular tourist attraction for people of all faiths. ISKCON Temple – Is a well known Vaishnav temple of Lord Krishna and and Radharani in the form of Radha Parthasarathi. Opened in 1998, it is located at Hare Krishna Hills (Near Nehru Place) in the East of Kailash area of New Delhi. It is one of the top tourist spot of Delhi. It is not just a temple but also a Vedic Learning Center in a very scientific way. Qutub Minar – Qutub Minar, at 73 Meters, is the tallest brick minaret in the world and second highest minar in India after Fateh Burj at Mohalli, Punjab. Qutb Al-Din Aibak was the founder of the Delhi Sultanate started construction of the Qutub Minar in 1200 AD. Qutub Minar is surrounded by several historically significant monuments, which are historically connected with the tower and are part of the Qutub Complex. After sightseeing tour of Delhi city, free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Delhi city at Connaught Place. Later, return back to hotel and free for your own activities and overnight stay at Delhi hotel.

Day 10: Delhi – Departure Delhi Airport

After leisure breakfast day at leisure, later check out from Delhi hotel and in time transfer to Delhi Airport to board the flight for further journey back to home or onward destination.
