Delhi is India’s capital territory, is a massive metropolitan area in the country’s north. In Old Delhi, a neighborhood dating to the 1600s stands the imposing Mughal-era Red Fort, a symbol of India and the sprawling Jama Masjid mosque, whose courtyard accommodates 25,000 people. Nearby is Chandni Chowk, a vibrant bazaar filled with food carts, sweets shops and spice stalls.

Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage destination in North India's Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred Ghats (bathing steps) and Har Ki Pauri, hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (River worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps. Worshipers fill the city during major festivals including the annual Kanwar Mela.

Rishikesh city is known as the gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas and the Yoga Capital of the World. Major tourist places in Rishikesh are Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula and holy river of Ganges.

DELHI HARIDWAR RISHIKESH TOUR PACKAGE

Day 01: Arrival at Delhi

Arrival at Delhi, welcome to New Delhi in the capital city of India. Our representive will pick you from Delhi Airport and will transfer to your pre booked hotel, after check in process, check in to your room. Later free for independent activities or explore the famous shopping place of Delhi city at Connaught Place, later come back to hotel and overnight stay at Delhi hotel.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing Tour 

After breakfast full day sightseeing tour of Delhi city – Delhi tourist attractions show a majestic fusion of Mughal and British colonial architecture and visit to Parliament House – The Sansad Bhawan (Parliament Building) is the house of the Parliament of India, located in New Delhi. President House (Rastrapati Bhawan) – Residence of Indian president. India Gate (War Memorial) – India Gate is one of the largest war memorials in India. The monument was designed by Edwin Lutyens, the chief architect of New Delhi. Jantar Mantar – The Jantar Mantar is located in the modern city of New Delhi. It consists of 13 architectural astronomy instruments. The site is one of five built by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Jaipur. Jama Masjid – Jama Masjid or Masjid-I-Jahan-Numa means a world reflecting mosque. This historical place is located in the central heart of old Delhi. Red Fort – The Red Fort was the residence of the Mughal emperor for nearly 200 years, until 1857. It is located in the centre of Delhi and houses a number of museums. Chandni Chowk – Chandni Chowk is one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi, India. Chandni Chowk is located close to Old Delhi Railway Station and a major shopping area of Delhi city. Raj Ghat – Raj Ghat is the place where Mahatma Gandhi, revered as the Father of Nation was cremated. This memorial to Mahatma Gandhi is located between the main Ring Road and the banks of Yamuna River. Later free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Delhi city at Connaught Place and Palika Bazaar, evening come back to hotel and overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi – Haridwar (209 Km) Travel time 6/7 hours (Approx)

After breakfast check out from Delhi hotel and drive to Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar, check in to hotel. After refresh and some rest, go to Har Ki Pauri to watching evening Ganga Aarti on the Ganges River. Later explore Haridwar local market and overnight stay at Haridwar hotel.

Day 04: Haridwar – Rishikesh – Haridwar Sightseeing Tour (23 Km)

After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Rishikesh and Haridwar and drive to Rishikesh. Rishikesh city is known as the gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas and the Yoga Capital of the World. On arrival at Rishikesh, visit to Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula and holy river of Ganges. Also visit to various Ghats of Rishikesh town. Later drive back to Haridwar and visit to Mansa Devi Temple – Situated at the top of Bilwa Parwat, the temple of Goddess Mansa Devi, literally meaning the Goddess who fulfills desires (Mansa), is a popular tourist destination, especially because of the cable cars, which offer a picturesque view of the entire city. Bharat Mata Mandir – Is a multi-storey temple dedicated to Bharat Mata (Mother India). Bharat Mata Mandir was inaugurated on 15 May 1983 by Indira Gandhi on the banks of the river Ganges. Evening go to Har Ki Pauri to watching Ganga Aarti, later explore local market of Haridwar and overnight stay at Haridwar hotel.

Day 05: Delhi – Departure Airport

After breakfast check out from Delhi hotel and in time transfer to Delhi Airport to board the flight for further journey back to home or onward destination.
